Our Coaching Staff
Erick Clark - President
Rick Rappo - Head Coach - Rick is entering his fourth season as the Raiders Head coach. Rick completed his high school career at Council Rock South, where he captured a PA state title and also finished Runner up. He helped lead CR-South to capture the 2005 PIAA team championship. He was a two time Junior All-American at Fargo. He went onto compete at the University of Pennsylvania where he placed 2nd and 3rd in EIWA championships, earning two trips to the NCAA championships. Rick served as an assistant coach for 10 years at the high school and collegiate D3 level.
Jack Fitzpatrick - Jack won 108 matches wrestling for Archbishop Wood, finishing 2nd at National Preps. He continued his wrestling career at The College of New Jersey. After college, he coached at Archbishop Wood as an assistant and head coach for 10 years, winning the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship in 2002. This was followed by nine years at Richboro Middle School as Head Coach, 5 of which were undefeated seasons. He is currently in his eigth year with the CB Raiders.
Steve Flavell- Steve competed for CB West High school and later continued his career at DelVal University where he eventually joined the coaching staff upon graduation. Steve is the founder of Executive Education Academy Charter School.
Dan Winter- Dan competed for Neshaminy high school where he was a state qualifer his senior year. Dan went on the wrestle for Lycoming College, where was a 2x Academic All American. Dan served as the head coach of Neshaminy high school from 2008 to 2013. Dan leads the Raiders intermediate room.
Justin Incudine- Justin competed for Council Rock high school where he was a sectional and district champion. Justin had a 56-18 record his junior and senior year, placing 4th at SE region championships.
John Zappa- John had a successful high school career at Shaler high school and continued wrestling at Duquesne University. John served as an assistant coach at CB East high school for several year before joining the Raiders.
Dan Stewart - Dan wrestled at Neshaminy HS and then Division 1 at Drexel University where he placed 3rd in the CAA conference in 2005. He has Freestyle and Greco experience placing 2nd in PA in 1999 and competed at junior nationals in Fargo for team PA. His coaching experience started in 2001 at a Naval Academy summer camp and led to many other camps coaching alongside countless All Americans, Olympic & World champions and medalists. He also coached post college at numerous elite clubs in PA & NJ developing state medalists & champions, many of whom went on to be NCAA medalists & champions. Dan is in his 4th year coaching for the Raiders and brings a focus of attention to detail & technique to the coaching staff.
Matt Ieurbino - Matt wrestled at Council Rock where he was a Section, District, and Regional Champ and ranked in the top 3 in PA his senior year (and still bitter about his performance at Hershey!) He also competed in Freestyle and Greco-Roman at the US Cadet, Junior, and Espoir Nationals. Matt went on to wrestle at the University of Virginia until sidelined by knee injuries. He also coached HS wrestling in both VA and CO before moving back to PA in 2007.
Brett Kendall - Brett’s wrestling career began in 1979 wrestling for the Blue Knights in Levittown, Pennsylvania. A
graduate of Neshaminy High School, Brett was a two-time state qualifier. His wrestling career continued
at Drexel University as a four-year starter and team captain. Brett’s Freestyle career includes 5 years at
Foxcatcher on the cadet team where he won a national championship. Today, Brett’s dedication to
wrestling continues, not only as a first year coach for the CB Raiders, but as a steadfast supporter of his
alma mater.
Mike Mokos - Mike is in his 9th year with the Raiders. He wrestled in High School for Council Rock. Mike was a District Champ, Sectional Champ, and 2xState Qualifier. He continued in college spending his redshirt freshman year at the University of North Carolina. He then transferred to Drexel and was a starter for 3 years at 118lbs.
Josh Walker - In four years with Penn State, Josh posted an 84-29 career record. In his final season with the Nittany Lions, Walker went 18-8 overall, 5-2 in dual meets. Josh served as team captain during his senior season. He ranks fourth all-time in career pins (33) at Penn State. He earned the 11th man award and the Larry Reilly Courage Award. Currently, Josh serves as the Director of Development for Children’s Hospital, where he raises funds in order to provide the most advanced treatments for children with brain tumors and pediatric head injuries, work to develop new therapies, and address the lasting effects of neurological disorders.
Deric Lynch - Deric was a long time assisntant coach at Council Rock South high school, where he coached multiple state champions as well as the 2005 team state championship. Deric is entering his 3rd season with the Raiders.
Michael Jones - Michael is entering his 4th year with the Raiders and brings a long history of Jones family wrestling to the CB area. Mike was a 2x District Champ, Regional Champ, 3x State Qualifier, and placed 4th 1997 PA State Tournament. Michael continued his wrestling career at DelVal, where he qualified all 4 years for the NCAA Div III championships, including three All-American finishes.
Chad Kovack - Chad is entering his 4th year with the Raiders. Chad wrestled for 12 years, competing for Neshaminy high school. In the off season, chad coaches at Apache Wrestling Club.
Jaime Callender - Jaime had a standout high school career, amassing a 156-27 record, including a 42-1 record his senior season. Jaime was a PIAA state runner-up as a junior and captured the PIAA state title a year later. Jaime's collegiate career at Drexel was cut short due to injury. He joins the Raiders in his 1st year and will help our young guns team.
Jim Marrero - Jim is entering his 3rd year with the Raiders.
Kevin Admasky - Kevin is entering his 4th year with the Raiders.
Mark Neill - Mark is entering his 10th year with the Raiders and leads our Young Guns group. Mark has several children go through the Raider program and who've competed for their high schools and beyond. Mark's son Jake currently competes for D1 F&M.
Bill Derkacs - Bill is entering his 6th year with the Raiders.
Jeremy Benza - Jeremy competed for Tamaqua high school were he went 31-4 and qualified for the PA state tournament in his senior year. Jeremy is entering his 3rd season with the Raiders.
Eddie Termyna - Eddie wrestled for Neshaminy high school and enters his 1st year with the Raiders.
Sean Alboucq - Sean is entering his 1st year with the Raiders
Matt Heiple - Matt is entering his 1st year with the Raiders
Herman Chen - Herman compted for CB East and has stayed active in coaching and training wrestkers for 20+ years. Herman is entering his 1st year with the Raiders
Steve Vorhees - Steve is entering his 3rd year with the Raiders.
